If you put a Power of Attorney (POA) in place with someone you trust and you provide them with a detailed account of what you want (or don’t want), you are more likely to be cared for the way that you want and your money will go further.

HOW WOULD A CORPORATE POA OR EXECUTOR BENEFIT ME?

We are called in to serve as Power of Attorney or Executor when individuals don’t have family to act for them or when they prefer to bring in an objective third party. The benefit of an objective third party, experienced in these roles, is to make sure that your wishes are carried out correctly. It also allows for family and friends to be just that, without the additional burden of responsibility coupled with the emotional distress already experienced by a caregiver or after the loss of a loved one.
